Aluminium Glass Channel Stabilize Your Glass Panel

An aluminum channel is a structurally sound metal component that is made by the extrusion process to produce shapes, forms, and designs for a wide variety of applications. The major benefit of aluminum channels is their weight, which is one third the weight of steel without sacrificing durability and reliability. The aluminum channels can be used for applications like railings, windows and door frames.

U type aluminum channel is one of the most common forms. There are two common installations: top mounting and side mounting. The top mounting channel is bottom punched and fixed by expansion anchor bolt, which can be mounted on the ground or on the upper edge of the stairs. Side mounting channel is mounted on the side of the wall or stairs. Our glass channel has slim channel and sturdy channel. Slim channel is solid, but thin, it is suitable for glass railings and stair railings. The sturdy channel is hollow, and part of the sturdy channel can be adjusted by the connection pin.

F type aluminum channel has the appearance of the letter F. In some ways, F channel resembles an U channel with an extended web. Usually, there are holes on the extra web of the F type channel to fix the aluminum channel. Also, there are slim and sturdy F type aluminum channel.

The thickness of our aluminum channel is usually fixed, but different thicknesses of glass can be accommodated by using different sizes of rubber sets, and the glass can be kept stable and safe. In addition, our aluminum glass channel is also equipped with accessories such as end cap and cladding to ensure the stylish and the beauty of the aluminum glass channel railing.

Aluminum glass channel takes the place of any vertical posts when securing a glass railing. The aluminum slot makes the glass railing fully transparent without any obstruction of sight. This architectural railing solution provides fall protection barrier without obstruction to view or an unsightly barrier.
