At 8:00 PM, on 16/01/2022, 5days before Chinese Spring Festival, one client sent us an enquiry of 10000pcs of urgent parts.

At that time, most of the Chinese raw material and manufacturing facilities were in holiday already because of the Spring Festival, while the raw material pricing and delivery time can’t be sure.  

But quick response and solution is one of our core values, even approaching CNY holiday, we should be available for any application.  

We communicated immediately with the client and the engineers about the product details, until 10 PM and promised that the client would receive the pricing, when he got back to work the next day.

We contacted our raw material partner supplier, as soon as we went to work the next day and got their confirmed material pricing support, although they were in holiday too.

Although it was too difficult for us to offer the pricing, we overcame all the difficulties and negotiated a very competitive price and quoted it to the client during the lunch time of 17/01/2022.

The client was surprised, because he contacted many suppliers, but almost all did not provide him price, or someone quoted pretty high pricing.  

The client was very grateful that Haxine quoted pricing timely and the pricing was pretty competitive. Finally he placed the order within one hour after receiving our price.
